People often mention how happy I am and how my life seems perfect and I am always quick to tell them that I and my life are both far from perfect, I just choose to focus on the good in life. There are times when this is beyond hard, but the one thing that gets me through is my faith in God. I prefer to let my light shine instead of my pain. You see we all have a choice in life to learn the lesson from our trials and move forward or to stay stuck in the roundabout of life circling and circling in the pain, sorrow of our situation. I try to remember when I am upset or hurt that I am blessed beyond measure and to look for the lesson in the situation. Pray for guidance and patience to get through it, because we weren’t promised to have no struggles, but we were promised eternal life with our Heavenly Father.
I know there have been a number of incidents in the news lately, and I try to pray about them instead of commenting on them. So instead of commenting I will share this with you. Don’t put your trust and faith in man, because you will always be heartbroken and disappointed, instead…put your trust in God and your whole view of this sad cold world will change. You see Jesus is the center of my joy and no matter what comes my way, I will do my best to praise Him anyway, despite of. So I encourage you, no matter what you are going through to turn it over to the Lord…know if He lead you to it, He will lead you through it. You can conquer whatever you are struggling with…you can achieve those goals you are setting as long as you keep your eyes and mind on the right thing…our Heavenly Father. He will give you all the help you need.
