DO I HAVE TO SCHEDULE FOR A 3 HOUR SESSION?

Our in-person organizing sessions are scheduled in 3 hours increments because most small sessions require at least that.  If you feel your session wouldn’t take that long, it is more economical for you to physically handle the organization process yourself with coaching from us.  In this instance, we recommend using our 1 hour virtual session(s).

WHEN DO WE PAY YOU AND WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU TAKE?

Payments are due at the end of each session.  You can purchase hours in advance or as gifts here.  We invoice and use PayPal for payment processing accepting all major credit cards and cash.  Checks are accepted, but they must clear the bank prior to your scheduled session.

HOW ARE EXPENSES HANDLED?

You are responsible for your own expenses, including supplies.  Shopping services are available at our normal Professional Organizing rate of $45 an hour and we will add the purchased items (unless paid for in advance) to your bill at cost.  If subcontractors are needed, you are responsible for paying their bill directly unless otherwise arranged in advance.  We do offer our Project Management services at a rate of $60 an hour, these are services that are needed to coordinate and manage subcontractors or space improvements that fall outside of organizing (i.e, painting, repair, furniture assembly, etc.).  We also offer furniture assembly for a rate of $30 an hour.

HOW FAR DO YOU GO FOR IN-PERSON SESSIONS?

We go within a 40 mile radius of Smyrna, TN at no additional charge.  We charge our hourly rate for all mileage outside of that radius, unless otherwise negotiated in advance.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We understand the need to reschedule or cancel a session, however due to the demand of our time a 50% fee will be charged for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice and a 10% fee for sessions that have been rescheduled more than one time, unless the session has been paid for in advance.  There is no charge for cancelled consultation appointments.

DO YOU PROVIDE CLEANING SERVICES?

Although we will perform very high level cleaning (sweep and wipe down pantry prior to putting items back) we do not offer cleaning services.  Please have someone available to handle any heavy cleaning that may be needed.  If a deep clean is needed, many times we will work in distinctive phases to allow you time to get that done prior to restocking/organizing your space.
