How to Start the Process of Personal Change

So let’s talk about how you go about starting the process of personal change because some of you know you need to make a change but you just don’t know where to start. Just the mere thought of change is enough to stop you in your tracks.

Get Your Mind Right

Well, as you know I believe in getting your mind right first, so no matter what the change is…the first thing you must do is acknowledge the need and review the cause. You need to first acknowledge what the problem is out loud and then think about and analyze the root cause of what got you to this place where you are today.

 Igniting the Power Within You

You see the act of verbally acknowledging your truth will ignite the power within you. It gives it life and you will no longer be able to ignore it. The next thing I want you to do is to speak a positive affirmation about yourself and your ability to change. Verbally acknowledge the benefit of that change on your life.

The Process of Developing Your Plan

Now, once you finish speaking life into yourself, I want you to spend twenty minutes brainstorming how you can accomplish this change. It doesn’t matter how big or small the change is…develop your plan of action…Because you can’t take action if you don’t have a plan.

 Hold Yourself Accountable

Now your final instruction is to comment below or in our group to let me know what change you are taking action on today. I can’t wait to hear all about it! The THB is all about support, so I have my Pom poms ready to cheer you on! Let’s make some deposits into your happiness Bucket today!
